Royal Civil Tech was founded by Mr. D. Kartheesan in 2000. In 25 years the company has completed 100+ residential projects and handed over flats to around 500 families across West Chennai, most of them 2, 3, and 4 BHK in Iyyappanthangal, Valasaravakkam, and the localities around them.

We've focused on the same few West Chennai neighbourhoods for most of that time, which is why we know their schools, roads, and resale patterns first-hand. Alongside our own projects, we also build with landowners on joint ventures, handling CMDA approvals, design, construction, and sales while they keep a share of the finished flats. We're now expanding beyond West Chennai, with new projects moving into Mogappair, ECR, and other parts of the city.
