What we collect
- Details you give us. Your name, phone number, email address and message when you fill in a form on this site or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, and anything you tell us on a call or WhatsApp chat.
- Enquiry records. Our sales team adds the project you asked about, follow-up notes, site visits and the status of your enquiry.
- Call and WhatsApp taps. When you tap a Call or WhatsApp button, we record the time, the page you were on, which button you used, and browser identifiers set by the Meta Pixel.
- Website activity. Pages you visit, clicks and scrolling, your device and browser type, your IP address and your approximate location.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, share project details and arrange site visits.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you.
- To understand how people use this site and improve it.
- To measure our advertising and show our ads to people more likely to be interested in our homes.

What we share with Meta
When you enquire, we send Meta the status of your enquiry, such as whether you became a qualified lead, visited a site or booked a home. We do this to measure our advertising and to help show our ads to people more likely to be interested. Your mobile number, name and email address are hashed before we send them, which turns them into a scrambled code. Browser identifiers from the Meta Pixel may be sent with this information. Meta’s own privacy policy explains how it uses this information.
Who else can see your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Our sales team, who need it to help you.
- Service providers who run our tools, including Google (where we keep our lead records), Meta, Microsoft, WhatsApp and our website hosting provider.
- Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.
These companies may store information outside India.
How long we keep it
If you tap a Call or WhatsApp button and no conversation follows, we delete that record within about two days. We keep other enquiry records for as long as we need them to help you and for our business and legal records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, or to stop contacting you. Call, WhatsApp or email us using the details above. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it. You can also manage the ads you see through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or online service can promise complete security.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.
Other websites
This site links to other services such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
